Full Spectrum Doula, trained and certified through Doula Trainings International (DTI), as well as a Birth From the Earth, Inc. Yanna is also a Certified Lactation Counselor and student midwife. She services Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding areas. Yanna left her career as an educator to pursue her passion of providing support to families bringing new life to the world. Though most of her work deals directly with the mother, she believes in supporting the whole family throughout this transition. With a background in education, Yanna is able to also support siblings as they prepare and transition for the new baby. Yanna also has experience with early intervention and special education.
